Who is responsible

ProSeva is one person, Rajesh, who operates this website at proseva.org. This policy covers the public website. Work for organisations whose request has been approved, and the private console at console.proseva.org, are covered by a separate notice shared when access is given.

What is collected

• Information you send. When you use the Get started or Contact form, I receive what you type: your name, email address, organisation name, website or profile links, location, and your message. Nothing is collected from those forms that you did not type.
• Technical information. The hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability.
• Preferences. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Usage analytics. Google Analytics is used to understand, in aggregate, which pages are read and how visitors move through the site. IP addresses are anonymised, advertising features and cross-site signals are switched off, and analytics data is never linked to anything you send through the forms. Google's own handling of this data is described in its privacy policy.

There are no advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site, and no profile of you is built across websites.

How it is used

• To reply to your request or question.
• To look at your organisation's current presence online so that I can give you an honest answer.
• To keep the website secure and working.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so that I can improve them.

Your information is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. You are not added to a mailing list. I do not contact you about anything other than what you asked.

How long it is kept

Requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if the request is approved, for the duration of the work. If I cannot help, the request is deleted within 12 months. Contact messages are deleted within 12 months of the last reply. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months, the shortest period Google Analytics allows.

Who else sees it

Only me, and the service providers that host this website and deliver its email. Those providers process information on my instructions and under their standard terms. Nothing you send is shared with any other person or organisation unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to me and I will respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.

This website links to external sites. Each has its own privacy practices, and I encourage you to read them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated. Material changes are noted on this page for at least 30 days.
