Scope
These terms cover your use of the public website at proseva.org, operated by ProSeva, which is one person, Rajesh. Work carried out for an organisation whose request has been approved is governed by a separate written understanding agreed before that work begins.
Information, not advice
The guides and other content on this website are provided for general education. They describe how digital presence, trust and technology work in my experience. They are not a guarantee of results in your situation and not a substitute for a review of your specific circumstances.
I do not promise rankings, traffic, donations, volunteers or any other outcome, on this website or anywhere else. Nobody honestly can.
Requests and invitations
Submitting a form on this website creates no obligation on either side. Sending a request does not guarantee that it will be approved. Where I invite an organisation directly, that invitation is likewise an offer to talk, not a commitment. When a request is approved, I set out in writing what I propose to do and what I ask of the organisation, and work begins only when both sides have agreed. I may decline or defer any request, and I will say why.
Nature of the work
The work is given without payment, as seva, by me personally. There is no fee for the work or for the ready-to-use tools I host. Real third-party costs, such as domain registration, are the organisation's responsibility, are explained in advance, and are registered in the organisation's own name. Everything built for an organisation, including accounts, source code, content and data, belongs to that organisation from the start.
Hosted tools are provided as they are, with reasonable care and no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Every hosted tool uses standard technology and comes with an export, so that an organisation can take its data elsewhere at any time.
Intellectual property
The ProSeva name, logo and the content of this website belong to me. You may read, link to, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions, present this content as your own, or use the ProSeva name or logo without written permission. Work built for an organisation is excluded from this: it belongs to that organisation.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at volume, or use the forms to send unsolicited or commercial material. I may block access to anyone who does.

Liability
I make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.
